Watch the Mediterranean lap at the shores of the Maltese beaches on this unique cruise around the area bays. Board the luxury “Captain Morgan” and relax as the staff sails through the famed Grand Harbor. Look out for the fisherman catching swordfish along the rock ledges of the Marsascala Bay. Be sure to finish your spinach before arriving at Anchor Bay, the site for the film “Popeye.”
Admire the high cliffs of Delmara Point and view traditional Maltese society at the Marsalokk Bay. Some of the islands, like Filfla are completely uninhabited. The cruise will stop at the lovely island of Comino where you can see the ominous cliffs in the distance. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch complete with fresh fruit and wine in this scenic setting!
The tour begins with you being picked up from your Malta hotel by a minivan. Those starting the tour in Gozo please see the please note section for instructions on joining the tour.
The minivan will take you to the dock of the Captain Morgan where you will embark on a cruise journey around Malta.
Sail past Valletta, the capital of Malta, the Grand Harbor which has been the crux for Maltese trade and culture.
Next pass the low cliffs and rock ledges of the seaside village of Marsascala Bay and the site of a long-demolished church at the scenic St Thomas Bay.
Also pass the rocky Island Bay and the relatively quiet beach of Peter’s Pool.
Cruise pass the high cliffs of Delmara Point adjacent to Fort Delmiara and the small fishing village that surrounds the scenic Marsalokk Bay. Here you will be able to pass the stunning illumination of the Blue Grotto and view the colorful canvas.
Pass the imposing Dingli cliffs and the island of Filfla which is completely uninhabited as well as some of Malta's most popular sandy beaches.
Sail further to the famed Anchor Bay that served as the set of the film ‘Popeye.’
Then stop at the island of Comino famed for its bird sanctuaries and rugged cliffs. Also peer through the crystal clear waters of the adjacent Blue Lagoon.
The boat will take you through the Mellieha Bay which has hosted villagers since Neolithic times. Also pass St. Paul’s Island where St. Paul was shipwrecked in 60 AD.
Sail towards the northward Salina Bay and St. Andrews Bay known for its divers’ cove. Also pass the casino and the St. Julian’s Bay which is still used by fisherman and shelters many colored fishing boats.
During the cruise, you will enjoy a delicious buffet spread, an array which will include smoked gammon, roast beef, selection of salads, fresh fruit, bread and local wine.
Spend the rest of the day swimming and sunbathing around the bay.
You will have the opportunity to take an optional speedboat ride around the Comino Caves at the end (payable direct)
The tour will conclude with you being dropped off at your Malta hotel or at Malta's port (tours departing from Gozo) for your ferry back to Gozo, at the other end you will be met by either a taxi/ minibus to be dropped back at your Gozo accommodation.

Hotel pick up is available from most Malta hotels, however some Malta hotels have very narrow access streets, if you are staying in one such hotel and it is not possible for a coach to drive to your hotel you will be advised on a pick up point. Pick up point would only be a few minutes away on foot, usually around 200 meters away
The ferry company does not allow us to pre pay ferry tickets for children so the guests would have to buy the ferry tickets for the children themselves
