This small group safari-style camping tour to Kakadu National Park and Hawk Dreaming is a great way to learn more about Australia’s wildlife and Aboriginal culture. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the park offers great scenic beauty and a variety of flora and fauna. About one third of Australia's bird species are represented in the Kakadu National Park. At the Bowali Visitor Center you can and learn about Kakadu’s landscape and moods through 25 minute audio visual presentation. This tour will also take you toUbirr Rock, famous for its rock art and Hawk Dreaming which is the private land of the Bunijt Clan, the traditional owners of Kakadu. A Cruise on the Yellow Water Billabong located at the end of Jim Jim Creek, a tributary of the South Alligator River reveals rare species of plants and animals along the way.
