See the main tourist attractions of Buda, one of the most beautiful cities in Hungary. Admire the historic Chain Bridge, an important landmark of the city connecting Buda with Pest. Marvel at the beautiful Matthias Church, one of the principle sights of the Hungarian capital. A culturally important area recognized by UNESCO, Buda with its Margaret Bridge, Fishermen’s Bastion and the Castle District is a treat to the senses.

The Danube River flowing by, the ring boulevards and the numerous eclectic and revival buildings give Buda a unique place in the map of Hungarian tourism.

Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel (if it is centrally located) and will travel in a coach, accompanied by a guide, to see the main attractions of Buda. The tour starts from the Chain Bridge and passes by the Parliament. You will then cross the Margaret Bridge and stop in the Castle District to see the Matthias Church and Fishermen’s Bastion. The next stop will be Gellért Hill (Citadel) where you will stop to see some of the most spectacular views of Budapest.

After the tour, you will return to the city centre close to the well-known pedestrian street ‘Váci utca’.
