    Itinerary

You will be picked up from Gray Line Terminal, Brooke Street Pier or from your hotel (subject to availability) by an air-conditioned luxury coach for the Deluxe Hobart Tour.

You will be taken for an amazing experience at the Coal River Farm; Tasmania’s hub of handmade cheese, chocolate, farm grown. You will see the artisan cheese being crafted by master cheese makers and will witness the fine skills of chocolatiers combining some of the world's best chocolates with local farm flavours. You will learn about how the cheese, chocolate and farm fruits are made, grown or processed. You will meet the Chocolatier and the Cheese Maker and will also get to pick your own fruit.

Then visit the TasLive Abalone, learn about the processing of Abalone and enjoy a tasting. You can purchase your own lunch at the Hobart’s waterfront.

Proceed to the Bonorong Wildlife Conservation Centre, which is scenically perched above the Brighton Valley. Here you’ll find a wide array of animals native to Australia, including wombats, emus, and adorable Tasmanian devils.

You can cuddle a koala if you arrive during feeding time, and free food pellets are provided if you want a kangaroo or wallaby to eat out of your palm. Take a guided tour and learn about the habits and habitats of the many creatures in this wonderful Conservation Centre.

You will then head to Richmond, one of Australia’s most unique and historically significant sites. This village transports you to Australia’s early days as a penal colony, with marvellously preserved Georgian architecture, cobblestone roads, picturesque cottages and the eerie old jail.

Richmond is home to Australia’s oldest extant Catholic Church and the nation’s oldest bridge, which was built by convicts in the early 1800s. It also has a wide array of shops, galleries and restaurants.

Your tour ends from where it started.
