How do I purchase a product as a gift?
To purchase products as a gift, select the option “Purchase as gift” next to the product and proceed to checkout to complete the transaction.
It is not possible to purchase gifts and standard bookings in the same transaction. In this case please perform two separate purchases.
For tour activities that are purchased as gifts, the recipient must redeem the gift by selecting the departure dates within three months of the gift purchase. The period of travel is twelve months after the gift purchase.
Cancellation Policies:
1. No cancellation charges apply within 3 months of purchase if the gift has not been redeemed;
2. If the gift has been redeemed, then cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policies of the specific products booked, these cancellation policies are mentioned on our website alongside the description of specific products.
3. 100% cancellation charges if the products have not been booked within the 3 months of purchase.
How to redeem a gift voucher?
1. On receiving a gift voucher confirmation e-mail, click on the link in the email to view the gifted product.
2. Click “Redeem Now” button.
3. Select the tour start date and confirm availability.
4. Click “Proceed to Checkout” button.
5. On payment page – Click “Confirm and Book” button.
6. The booking confirmation voucher will be displayed on your screen. A copy of the booking confirmation voucher will be sent to the e-mail address of the person receiving the gift as well as to the address of the sender.
