Discover France through its wine, food and music on this tour to Montmartre. In Gallo-Roman times Montmartre was a small village covered with vineyards at the top of the hill until the 19th century, when it was absorbed by Paris, and became one of the strongholds for intellectuals and artists.

Start the night by sampling three wines from different regions. These are no ordinary wines but natural hand-made wines made by small independent producers that are very hard to find.

Dinner will be at La Cremaillere restaurant. This is close to the famous Place du Tertre, where artists and intellectuals would meet. This small cozy restaurant got its name from the former owner Monsieur Poulbot who was well known in the area for his humanitarian efforts for children.

Wine Tasting:
You arrive by metro or taxi to 26 Boulevard des Batignolles for the first part of your tour, wine tasting. You will have a 3-glass wine tasting with accompanying regional snacks or cheese. The sommelier will elaborate on the different wines and their qualities in English and French.

Dinner at La Cremaillere:
After the tasting you will walk up to the La Cremaillere restaurant for dinner, located at just off Place du Tertre.

After a romantic treat, the tour ends at Place du Tertre.
