What's the plan:
For your Mont Saint Michel Tour , make your way to the meeting point in Paris and board an air-conditioned coach at 7:15am. Begin your day with a drive through the French countryside to reach the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
You will arrive at Mont St-Michel around 12pm. Visit the base of the island of Mont Saint Michel; a unique fortified rocky outcrop which dates back to the middle ages and is surrounded by a vast bay with one of the biggest tides in Europe.
Climb to the top of the Benedictine Abbey and enjoy the breathtaking view. This will surely be the highlight of your day.
Admire the gothic architecture and visit the three floors dedicated to Archangel Michael, the monk's cloisters and refectory, the knight’s room, the guest room, the undercroft and the abbey’s charming garden.
Make the most of your time at the abbey with a walk along the ramparts and walls and enjoy the landscape or just relax and breathe in the fresh sea air.
You can stop for lunch (at you own expense), browse the shops along the main street, visit the island's museums, indulge in souvenir shopping or sample some local crepes.
You will board your coach at 5pm and return to Paris. You will be dropped at your starting point at around 9:15pm.
