Meet your English-speaking guide at the St Michels fountain in Paris for a photographic tour of the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame.
Considered one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture, the Notre Dame de Paris is still used as a Roman Catholic cathedral and is the seat of the Archbishop of Paris. From humble church to towering cathedral, Notre-Dame is the world-famous jewel in the crown of the Ile de la Cité, which was the original Paris, before the city outgrew its island boundaries. Roam the banks of the river and the twisting backstreets rich in atmosphere and echoes of the past.
After the visit to the cathedral, proceed to the Latin Quarter. Visit a typical French bistro for a glass of wine.
During the tour, the expert guide will help you capture the essence of the great city with your camera. The camera you have is not important. Enthusiasm and imagination is the key to creating a great image. If you are the proud owner of the latest digital or traditional SLR, the guide will show you how to use all its capabilities to the full. If you are nervously clutching a humble €10 plastic throwaway, the guide will show you how to take great photos with that too!
You will have countless occasions to learn new skills as the guide devotes plenty of time to everyone in your small group, which will consist of a maximum of six participants.
The tour ends near the Place St Michel.
