Book your transfer between Nice airport and Port of Nice here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 72 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.
Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.
Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who has an A2Btransfers sign with your name clearly displayed. If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason, please call the number shown on your voucher information sheet for assistance, and wait for us at the information desk. Do not try to look for the driver outside.
Instructions for Departure to the Airport: Please ensure that you are waiting in the main lobby of your accommodation at least 5 minutes prior to your confirmed pick up time. If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason, please call the number shown on your voucher information sheet for assistance.

1 big piece of luggage and one handbag. For any additional luggage there will be extra charges directly payable to the local activity operator at the destination.
Baby seats are not available. No wheelchair assistance
It is mandatory to provide flight number,arrival time,hotel address and your mobile number at least 72 hours before departure. You can do so by calling at the phone no. of Activity Operator mentioned on your booking voucher and quoting your name and booking reference.
Failure to do so will result in a no-show with no refund.
Return transfer pick-up time should be re-confirmed 72 Hours before the booked date by contacting the Activity Operator at the destination (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call our emergency number on the voucher where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a land line there is no need.)
