Book your transfer between Copenhagen Kastrup International Airport and Copenhagen City Hotels. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Pick your choice of vehicle. Opt for a business taxi, a limousine or a minivan.

Note: When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: A Danish/ English bilingual driver will greet you inside the arrival hall of the airport, will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the waiting vehicle. You will be dropped at your hotel in Copenhagen.

Instructions for Departure to the Airport: When ready to depart Copenhagen, you will be picked up from your hotel in your choice of vehicle and taken to the Copenhagen Kastrup International Airport to catch your flight.

Important Information:
It is mandatory to provide flight number,arrival time,hotel address and your mobile number at least 72 hours before departure. You can do so by calling at the phone no. of local isango! partner mentioned on your booking voucher and quote your name and booking reference.

Failure to do so will result in a no-show with no refund.
Return transfer pick-up time should be re-confirmed 72 Hours before the booked date by contacting the local isango! partner at the destination (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.

Luggage restrictions: (all measurements in cms.)
Business Car/ Limousine (Per Vehicle): 3 big suitcases, maximum size of (L 75 + W 60 + H 25) and 2 pieces of hand luggage, maximum size of (L 55 + W 35 + H 25)
Minivan (Per Vehicle): 7 big suitcases, maximum size of (L 75 + W 60 + H 25) and 7 pieces of hand luggage, maximum size of (L 55 + W 35 + H 25)

Your driver will be waiting inside the airport and hold a sign with your name on it. The driver will wait 45 minutes for you after the landing of your Flight. After 45 minutes waiting charges will be applicable which has to be paid to the driver directly.

Additional Night Surcharge of €17 for Business Car class, €20 for Limousine class and €18 for Minivan will be applicable from 2000h - 0659h (08:00pm - 06:59am).

If the night surcharge is on a weekend than only the night surcharge will be charged.
