While the review shouldve been for this tour, sadly this tour was cancelled at the last minute for lack of enough numbers.
I had originally booked this tour through the website online as a gift to a cousin who was travelling to Singapore for a couple o days. At 11 am i received an email that this tour has been cancelled when the pick up was due at 130 pm. Naturally i was a bit pissed off at this and I called my cousin who said if they had cancelled the night before then she could have at least made other plans for the day. She then proceeded to tell me that she booked another tour through the hotel called the Chinatown tour and it was the same local tour company.
I promptly called Isango customer support helpline and Debbie was extremely helpful. She promptly transferred the Footsteps of Raffles Tour voucher for the Chinatown voucher and agreed to refund the balance for the remaining amount back to my credit card.
So while I cannot review the aforementioned tour, I can definitely review the customer support of Isango and I have to say that they were extremely prompt, professional and very helpful with rest of the arrangements. Debbie in particular who I dealt with on the phone was very professional and got back to promptly as she said she would.
I most definitely will use this website to make future bookings precisely because of their after sales support.

Thank you to Isango for taking the trouble to find us this tour when the one we wanted to book was full. I booked late after my daughter broke her foot and we needed a bus tour as she could not walk far. When I emailed Isango to ask them if they could help they found us this tour at the last minute which was perfect. Meeting at 12 it provided an overall bus tour of Paris followed by lunch on the Eiffel Tower then a boat trip along the Seine. My daughter and I really enjoyed it and it meant she could see a fair bit of Paris without having to walk too far!

I would like to thank the staff of Isango for all the help they gave me and my family in booking the Paris Tour the efficient way we were looked after on our recent trip to Paris.The purpose of the trip to Paris was to celebrate our son and daughter in laws 21st wedding aniversary and the addition of the meal on the Eiffel Tower, the trip down the Seine and the fabulous show at the Moulin Rouge on the last day really put the cap on a wonderful week. I would recommend it as a final evening to anyone taking in the sights of a beautiful city.

To whom it may concern:
I just wanted to send an email stating what GREAT service I received while trying to book Moulin Rouge tickets with Night Illuminations tour in Paris.
I tried booking this attraction through another vendor and was told that the booking could not be confirmed. And it was hard to get a hold of someone to explain to me why (i.e. Was it the tour?, Was it the Moulin Rouge tickets?).
So then I tried to book through isango. I received the same result...that the booking could not be confirmed. However, I was VERY HAPPY to see that there was an actual US phone number that I could call to get a person on the phone to explain to me the process of confirmation and what could not be confirmed.
So when I called on Tuesday, April 26th at 12pm (CST), I got Roger as my client service representative. He was VERY HELPFUL. I was booking this attraction at the last minute (which should have been done in advance on my end, but I’m flying standby to Paris, hence the last minute), and Roger offered to find out what can be done for me and to call me back. He called back and then I had another question, in which he had to call me back again. We actually spoke 3 times within the hour and at the end of the hour, I had my attraction booked and confirmed!!!! So basically I felt that Roger would stop at nothing to help me...which is the whole point of customer service correct? Being that I work in customer service myself, it was so refreshing to receive this kind of service. This attraction was the biggest deal to me and I probably would have cancelled my whole trip if I couldn’t see a show at the Moulin Rouge. So Roger is my savior!!!
So, all because of Roger, isango has a customer for life and I will always recommend this site to anyone for booking their travel needs.
P.S. I think Roger should get a raise, bonus, some kind of compensation... If he treats all isango customers this way, than he’s worth it!!!!

Thank you for your email(s). I guess your investigation was quick and efficient. Thank you for the Gift Voucher and for the 2 Free Hop-On-Hop-Off tour in any city (except London as you stated). I will traveling to Spain and France in April and May and that could be a chance to take advantage of your offer. I will contact you before my travel to book the tour.
