After dinner, witness the spellbinding sight of the Falls illuminated by a brilliant array of rainbow-colored lights. If you happen to visit on Fridays and Sundays, there will be the added bonus of a free fireworks display!

Itinerary

For your Niagara Falls Illuminations Trip you will be picked up from your hotel (downtown Toronto hotels only) and taken to the starting point of the tour at the Toronto Coach Terminal located at 610 Bay St. at Dundas West.

From here, you will board a luxurious, air-conditioned motor coach and travel through the attractive countryside of the Niagara Peninsula and the historic community of Niagara-on-the-Lake. A guide will go with you on this tour.

Before you see the Falls you will surely hear their roaring sound. Watch spellbound as up to 600,000 gallons of water per second plunge over the great escarpment in foaming torrents.

Board the world famous Maid of the Mist passenger vessel for a thrilling 30-minute journey into the dense clouds of spray at the foot of Horseshoe Falls. Maid of the Mist is North America's oldest tourist attraction; millions of visitors have enjoyed the boat trips since 1846. Hooded raincoats are provided for all passengers and you are certain to need them. The wind-driven mist at the base of the falls will take your breath away.

If the Maid of the Mist boat ride is unable to operate due to adverse weather conditions, then the IMAX Theater or 'Journey Behind the Falls' will be substituted (see the Additional Information section on this website).

After your exciting boat ride, enjoy a buffet dinner in the Fallsview Dining Room while taking in breathtaking panoramas of the cascades of water.

When you have finished dinner, view the daily multi-colored illumination show, and enjoy the added bonus of a free fireworks display over Niagara on Fridays and Sundays.

The tour returns to the original starting point after approximately 10 hours.

Complimentary pick-up service is not available from Toronto airport hotels. If you are staying at an airport hotel, you must make your own way to the Toronto Coach Terminal in downtown Toronto
