Itinerary

To join your exciting Helicopter Ride over Niagara Falls you should make your way to the Niagara Helicopter Base at 3171 Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Please arrange to arrive 15 minutes before your flight time for the pre-departure briefing.

Settle back in your seat as the chopper takes off and look down at the landscape below. During the flight a taped commentary available in 12 languages will point out important features on the route.

Beginning with the Sir Adam Beck Generating plant and the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture, the tour follows the Niagara River from the Whirlpool area (look for the Spanish Aero Car crossing the gorge), over the Whirlpool Rapids and the Rainbow Bridge.

The grass and flower-beds of Queen Victoria Park stretch below as the helicopter passes by the American Falls and the Skylon Tower. Just when it looks as if you will reach the Minolta Tower, your helicopter begins to change direction following the curve of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Rainbows appear and disappear from all directions. The helicopter levels off and continues along the route back to base.

Your flight lasts 12 minutes including boarding time and spans more than 17 miles.

The tour ends at the point of departure.
