Phillip Island & Penguin Parade: You will be picked up from your hotel in Melbourne and taken for this sightseeing tour in a luxury coach. En route, hear an interesting English commentary on the island by the coach driver.
You will see:
• Warrook Cattle Farm: This is a working cattle farm in the prosperous Gippsland region. Enjoy the opportunity to pat and feed kangaroos, wallabies and other farm animals.
• Koala Conservation Center: Get close to koalas in their natural habitat, spot koalas in trees and stroll along elevated boardwalks.
• Nobbies: View the spectacular coastal scenery at Nobbies, two rocky outcrops abundant in marine life. See Australia's largest population of fur seals living along the rugged southern coastline.
• Phillip Island Visitors Information Center: Browse through the educational and interesting Phillip Island Visitors Information Center. Learn more about the penguins.
The best of the tour is saved until last. Settle in to watch the world-famous Penguin Parade. This occurs at the end of every day when the famous tiny penguins emerge from the water after a days fishing and make their way across the beach to their beds.
Phillip Island & Penguins including Skybox experience: This package entitles you to enter an exclusive, elevated viewing tower during the Penguin Parade which accommodates only 10 people at a time. You will have a ranger with you who will tell you more about the penguins.
After the tour you will be dropped off to your hotel.
