Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the Sheraton Mirage Helipad from where you will board your helicopter for a scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef or Rainforest.

30 Minute Green Island and Reef Scenic Flight:
Ascend over the city of Cairns and soar along the rainforest coastline past False Cape and over the jewel of the sea, Green Island. Be amazed by the incredible colors and formations of the Great Barrier Reef and enjoy searching for marine life.

40 Minute Deluxe Green Island and Reef Scenic Flight:
The Outer Barrier Reef at its very best! Fly from Cairns city along the rainforest coastline of False Cape and across the ocean to Green Island and on to Arlington Reef. Get a close-up view of Vlasoff Sand Cay and marvel at the wonders and colors of the Great Barrier Reef before returning over the city of Cairns.

60 Minute Reef and Rainforest Scenic Flight:
Enjoy a 60 minute flight with stunning views of Cairns City Highlights, fly over Copperlode Dam and up through the Barron Gorge to view the Kuranda Rainforest. Witness the incredible change as green turns to blue as you fly out over Double Island and over the Coral Sea to Arlington Reef, over Sandy Cays, then on to Tropical Green Island, the Jewel of the Sea. View the magnificent surrounding outer reefs before your return to Cairns.
