Set out on an excursion to one of southern Europe’s most popular theme parks, Port Aventura and enjoy a series of unique rides. The fun rides worth trying are, ‘Sacred Serpent’ ride in the Mexico area, the ‘Kontiki Wave’ (a pirate ship), a mini roller-coaster called the ‘Tomahawk’ in the Far East area and the ‘Buffalo Rodeo Dodgem’ cars among others.

Don’t miss the Mediterranean, Polynesia and China sections of the park.

You could also watch live shows and performances by local artists. Enjoy a fun-filled day with endless attractions, special effects and entertainment shows on this trip to Port Aventura in Spain.

Itinerary

Take a trip to Port Aventura, a theme park divided into sections representing different countries. It is one hour away from Barcelona and ten minutes away from Reus Airport (Tarragona), with its own train station and direct access from the AP-7 motorway. The park opens to the public at 10am.

There are many thrilling rides to enjoy, such as the Furious Baco, Dragon Khan, Hurakan Condor, Canoes and the Sea Odissey.

Besides the exciting rides, the park features restaurants, snack bars, theatre shows and over 100 performances daily by local artists. Some of the restaurants are Raco del Mar, La Hacienda, The Iron’s Horse Hotel – Emma’s House and Marco Polo Buffet.

The shows are another entertaining aspect of the park. You will be able to see performances like China Town, Bubble Bou, Aves del Paraiso, Aloha Tahiti and Xu Xop Xu. Please check the show times prior to entering the park.

The park will close at midnight from 19 June – 12 September and at 7:00pm from the 13 September – 31 October.

  • Less than 72 hours prior to time of departure – 100 % cancellation charge
  • Between 4 – 7 days prior to day of departure – 30% cancellation charge
  • Greater than 7 days prior to day of departure – No cancellation charge
