Terms and Conditions
  Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
  The voucher is valid for one year from date of purchase.
  The voucher must be redeemed in full, we are unable to issue vouchers for the remaining amount should you spend less than the value of your voucher. If you spend more than the value of your voucher the balance is to paid by credit/debit card.
  If the tour booked with voucher is cancelled by user before tour date the refund is based on the cancellation policy for the tour booked, refunds will be made in gift vouchers.
  Should you be required to pay cancellation fees these will be deducted from the amount of your gift voucher.
  Should you be required to pay a cancellation fee and you have paid with a combination of gift voucher and cash your cancellation fee will be spilt between the two methods of payment (eg if the cancellation charge is 30% you will be refunded 70% of the amount you paid by voucher and 70% of the amount you paid by credit card).
  Refunds will always be made by issuing vouchers
  If tour booked with voucher is cancelled by tour operator; full refund is provided.
  If user does not show up for the tour - no refund is provided.
